Zip file created on Mac OS contains a folder names with invalid file path values E.G. "21:10:11_LJBLACK". Code has been changed to replace ":" with "_" prior to extraction

Description:
This patch fixes an issue in which directory names are case sensitive in zip files. There is currently a CaseSensitiveRetrieval property in the Zip class that is used to determine whether filenames should be case-sensitive. However this is not being used for directory names. This patch makes use of the property for directory names as well.

Since in the discussion that resulted in the creation of work item 14147 it was mentioned that you'd received no patches through the CodePlex submission system, I'm supplying one here.

Patch to fix the default encoding for Silverlight DotNetZip assembly that is based on checkin http://dotnetzip.codeplex.com/SourceControl/changeset/changes/85217
This patch removes the strong key from the solution and upgrades the Silverlight project to version 4. Use this patch if you want to be able to compile DotnetZip for use in Silverlight.
I am using a recompiled version of DotNetZip containing the patch in a project for at least 2 months and I had not problems so far. I hope to get some unit tests to cater for a couple of different scenarios at some point.
To apply this patch you need to download it and use the Apply patch functionality of TortoiseSVN.

Invaild output from ParallelDeflateOutputStream if input data size is an interger multiple of work item buffer size. The write method can complete before all the buffers have been written out.

Description:
I changed the ValidateOutput method to work with the Path.DirectorySeparatorChar. This was a problem for me as I'm using your component on a Debian machine with the mono framework 2.10.1.
The uploaded file solved the issue for me of not being able to extract a zipfile. Only needed the extract feature, no other features tested or changed.
The patch works with mono under Debian and Windows 7 and with the dotNET framework on Windows 7.
