Unity Universal + AutoDispatch Obsolete Class

Hey I notice when compiling with Unity Windows Universal (Only Windows, iOS and Android are fine) that there are CS0618 obsolete compiler warnings for AutoDispatch in Crc32.cs and ZlibCodec.cs.

I know that Unity uses a special version of .NET for Windows:

Has anyone seen this warning and/or have any ideas for solutions?
