Turn off Criterion Tracing

Sep 6, 2010 at 3:36 AM

I am writing a console application which utilizes ZipFile, and eveyr time I call ZipFie.SelectEntries, I get Trace messages in my console output from DotNetZip.

internal abstract partial class SelectionCriterion
    {
        internal abstract bool Evaluate(string filename);

        [System.Diagnostics.Conditional("SelectorTrace")]
        protected void CriterionTrace(string format, params object[] args)
        {
            System.Console.WriteLine("  " + format, args);
        }

This appears to be the offending code... all the criterions write tracing output, even in the RELEASE build of DotNetZip.

How can I turn this off?

Thanks.

Hmm, seems to  be a problem in the build. I'd expect that SelectorTrace would be undefined (OFF) for a release build.
