what do you mean "it was not referenced" ?

You need to add a reference to the Ionic.Zip.DLL in order to use it within an app you develop in Visual Studio .

Did you do that?

I am not new to referencing objects in visual studio; the path in references tab could not find the location of the dll, version was 0.0.0.0 I dont know why this happened but now everything is ok.
