What exactly does one have to do to read the documentation? When it comes up it shows "Ionic.Utils.Zip Namespaces" in the left pane (the one that has Contents, Index, Search tabs) but in the right pane it shows "Action canceled, Internet Explorer was unable to link to the web page you requested." It doesn't seem that complicated to install.

I had this problem. If you right-click the help file and select 'properties', at the bottom of the properties page is probably a message that says something along the lines of 'this file has been blocked because it came from another computer'. You have to click the 'unblock' button then click 'OK'. Once you do this you should be able to view the help file just fine.
